Returns

All returns must be within 30 days at customers expense, proof of purchase required.

All parts returned must be clean and free from oil, correctly labelled and properly packaged to avoid damage.

All parts must be returned intact before any partial or full refund can be issued.

Buyer pays for return postage. We do not cover any expense in relation to return postage costs or if incurred mechanical labour costs.

If a part has been ordered by mistake or you have purchased the wrong part for your vehicle, we will not refund the original sent postage cost. This fee will be deducted before any refund can be issued.

Items not meeting these requirements may forfeit a surcharge. Items returned for a refund must have a receipt / copy of invoice or a covering letter stating original invoice number/date.

Warranties

All electrical parts supplied come with a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated or sold as spares and repairs.

All mechanical parts supplied come with a 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated or sold as spares and repairs.

Warranties only apply if parts are fitted by a recognised independent specialist or approved dealer.

In terms of mechanical parts, the 3-months warranty period only covers the bare assembly / structural block. Any ancillaries are not covered.

Failure to return the Exchange unit within 30 days may result in void warranty.

Mail Order

Postage fees will apply for all shipments being sent to UK Mainland, other areas especially off shore may incur extra charges.

In some instances – due to size, weight or location, your postage fee may result in extra / additional charges.

We post to UK Mainland using couriers such as TNT Express, UK Mail, DHL, Palletways and more.

Shipping notifications will be sent by the courier when a contact number / email address has been provided.

We aim to use some form of recycled material for our packaging in order to help reduce our waste as a business.

we can make arrangements for this, although payment may have to be made via Bank Transfer.

If you do not provide the correct delivery address or contact information, we will not be held responsible for any delays in receipt of your item.

Items damaged in transit must be notified to ourselves ASAP. Photographic evidence must be provided.

It is required for you to return the item before a replacement or refund can be arranged.
